Upon arrival at one of our partner facilities, a complimentary shuttle will bring you to your desired airport or seaport destination.

After you book, you’ll receive an email with proof of your reservation (E-Ticket) featuring:
Next, print your E-Ticket, as you’ll need to bring it with you when you park. Your E-Ticket is your official proof of your reservation, and is absolutely required to lock-in your discounted rate. We suggest placing this important document in your vehicle as soon as you print it, in order to ensure a quick and seamless parking experience.
We recommend booking your reservation as soon as you know that you’ll need the service, but have the option to reserve your spot up until the moment you arrive at the lot. Because our partners offer such great deals, we recommend booking early for your holiday travels, as many of our partners sell-out during the busy seasons.
Arrival: We suggest calculating at least 20 minutes prior to the time that you would like to arrive at the airport or seaport destination. Please keep in mind that most airlines suggest arriving 1-2 hours earlier than your scheduled flight.
Return: Select a return time that allows you sufficient time to pick up any baggage and be at the designated shuttle pick-up location. We typically suggest a pickup time of 35-40 minutes from when your airplane lands or cruise ship docks.
Reserving parking for multiple vehicles is simple! While booking, you’ll be asked how many parking spots you’ll need. You’ll also have the option to add driver details for each vehicle.
Our partners offer all types of parking! Our partners offer an array of options to fit your needs, such as self-parking, covered parking, valet parking and oversized parking. Rates may vary per parking type, so make sure to review facility details provided on our website or via telephone.
Oversized vehicles are described as RV’s, tractors, trailers, mutiple axel trucks and SUV’s. Oversized vehicles may be subject to additional charges by the facility due to limited space. If you do not see an option for oversized vehicles at your preferred facility, that option may not be available. You can contact us via email or the Customer Support contact page and we will be happy to see if they can accomodate your needs.
Tax inclusion varies per parking facility. If tax is initially added, it will be shown on the first step of the checkout process. If no tax is shown, the partner reserves the right to charge tax on the “due at lot” amount upon your arrival to the lot. If you’re at checkout, and still unsure whether tax is included, please contact us to verify your reservation information.
When you reach the checkout page, your reservation totals will display two separate balances:
You should receive your confirmation email with your E-Ticket within a couple minutes of booking your reservation. If you haven’t, check your spam folders in your email inbox. If you still haven’t received it and are a registered user, sign in and click the link for the “My Orders” section of your account. If you aren’t registered, no worries! Contact us via email or via the Customer Support contact page and we will email your confirmation to you.
If you’re unalbe to print your E-ticket, we can send it to you via fax, or to an alternate email address. To request a copy of your confirmation, please email [email protected], and include your reservation number and the name on the reservation.
Our website provides a general description for each facility, so you’ll know exactly where your car will be, while you’re away. You’ll even be able to check out other customers’ reviews of the parking lots before booking your reservation. The majority of our lots operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Generally, most of our partner facilities are gated, well-lit and very secure.
Each one of our partners operate free shuttle service to and from the airport or seaport included in your cost of parking! Typical travel time may be anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes to and from the airport or seaport, depending on proximity, so please plan accordingly.
When you return, follow signs or directions provided to the designated pick-up area. Our partners will provide you with a shuttle contact number for when you return.
The majority of our partners run shuttles on demand, meaning the shuttle will run as often as needed. Each facility may be different so please be sure to read details listed for each parking facility provided when you make your reservation.
To make changes to your reservation, your original reservation will require cancellation and a new reservation placed. Please email [email protected] and include the order number you would like to have cancelled and the new order number.
Note: if your travel time or date extends past the time/date displayed on your reservation, additional charges may be applied by the parking facility.
DiscountParkandRide.com allows standard cancellations for any reason up to 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of arrival time are non-refundable, unless Cancellation Protection has been purchased.
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions: Without Cancellation Protection, if the cancellation was received up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation, you will be refunded the full amount charged at time of the reservation, minus the service fee.
/div>Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10 business days from the time the cancellation request is submitted. You will receive email notification to the email address in which the reservation was placed. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card account after it has been processed.

Cancellation Protection provides peace of mind and a full refund for reservations cancelled for any reason within 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellation Protection must be purchased at the time of the initial reservation at the rate $.50.
By having Cancellation Protection, you will receive refunds under the following circumstances:
The Cancellation Protection fee is non-refundable when used within 24 hours of your scheduled reservation. It cannot be used if the reservation time has passed, and is non-transferable once purchased. Please note that Cancellation Protection is not insurance and should not be confused with other more inclusive travel insurance programs.
