What if I don't receive my email confirmation?

You should receive your confirmation email with your E-Ticket within a couple of minutes of booking your reservation. If you haven't, check your spam folder in your email inbox. If you still haven't received it and are a registered user, sign in and click the link for "My Orders" on your account. If you aren't registered, no worries! Send us an email or contact us using the above contact form, with your name, reservation I.D., and the facility name.

What is Discount Park and Ride and how does it work?

We partner with select airport and seaport parking lots across the U.S. to provide you with discounted parking options designed to fit your needs and budget. Upon arrival at one of the partner facilities, shuttle transportation will bring you to your desired airport or seaport destination.

What is your cancellation policy?

DiscountParkandRide.com allows standard cancellations for any reason up to 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival.

Registered users may cancel through our website by logging into their account. Unregistered users can email Support at [email protected] or by filling out the Customer Support contact form.

What is Cancellation Protection?

Cancellation Protection provides peace of mind and a full refund for reservations cancelled for any reason within 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellation Protection must be purchased at the time of the initial reservation at the rate $.50.

By having Cancellation Protection, you will receive refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Up to 24 hours prior to scheduled reservation, you will receive full amount charged, including the Cancellation Protection fee, minus the service fee.
  2. Within 24 hours, up to 1 hour prior to scheduled reservation, you will receive full amount charged, including the service fee, minus Cancellation Protection fee.

The Cancellation Protection fee is non-refundable when used within 24 hours of your scheduled reservation. It cannot be used if the reservation time has passed, and is non-transferable once purchased. Please note that Cancellation Protection is not insurance and should not be confused with other more inclusive travel insurance programs.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10 business days from the time the cancellation request is submitted. You will receive email notification to the email address in which the reservation was placed. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card account after it has been processed.

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions: Without Cancellation Protection If the cancellation was received up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation, you will be refunded the full amount charged at time of the reservation, minus the service fee.

With Cancellation Protection

If you purchased Cancellation Protection:

  1. Up to 24 hours prior to scheduled reservation: You will receive full amount charged, including Cancellation Protection fee, minus the service fee.
  2. Within 24 hours, up to 1 hour prior to scheduled arrival: you will receive the full amount charged, including the service fee, minus Cancellation Protection fee.

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions, with or without Cancellation Protection:

  1. Unused (no show) reservations
  2. Partially-used reservations (early return)
  3. Any and all incidents or occurrences arising from facility error or on facility premises, upon arrival, during your stay, or upon your return, including but not limited to:
    1. Taxi Cab Fare
    2. Locksmith
    3. Theft
    4. Property Loss or Damage
    5. Lack of Space Availability
